I can't even sign up on the app. I am trying to agree to the Terms and Conditions and I don't see how to do that. I see the bar at the bottom but it only allows u to read the T&C and other information but It doesn't let u actually agree to anything. There is a white round button at the bottom right of the sign up page but it doesn't do anything and takes me to where u read the T&C.

Terrible. Haven't been able to access this app for over a month now. Can difficult can it be to ensure a simple top-up app remains operational. Unacceptable

I used to welcome this app and it was very convenient, however, for approximately 3 months, I have beenbunable to access the app and although I have reset my password several times and ha e received confirmation that the password was changed, I still cannot top up or access my balance. I also sent an email to report it and no one has replied nor contacted me. I tried as recently as this afternoon and got the same results. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App and same thing.

This is a useful app, and is quicker than checking the website. However I can't top up my account using it anymore, and have to keep using the website. It seems to be transmitting the credit card expiration date to the transaction processor as YY/MM instead of the correct MM/YY. It should be an easy fix, at which point I will adjust my rating. UPDATE: Problem fixed, back to 5 stars!
