Crashes whenever it is launched. It used to work, but hasn't been updated since 2017 so a recent Android update is the issue. I wouldn't recommend this brand's products because they don't update their apps

App crashes when trying to open since last Android update. Luckily I was able to get all my smart plugs setup and paired with my Amazon Echo prior to the app crashing. The SuperConn app is completely useless since the last Android update.

Easiest connect and Echo sync of all my smart home devices. Individual outlet naming and control. Android app works well. One star deducted for being unable to find the iOS app for iPad gen 3

App doesn't even load, crashed before opening. Like others, the products it supports are worthless because the app is required to use it

Did the simple registration process. Did the simple wifi setup (I was already connected to my home wifi before I installed the app). Click add device (Electric Outlet, in my case). The Superconn app found it quickly. I named (nickname) the device. Connected my phone to the USB outlet on the device. Disconnected my phone from the wifi, used the app to "Turn On"/activate the USB port on the device, and my phone was being charged. Works great for me. Using a Samsung S7 Edge with 8.0 Oreo (Personal) and Samsung J3 with 8.1.0 Oreo (Work). Bought one to test, but will now buy more. Very useful. Pros: -Simple set up (email/PW) and connecting to the device process. -Able to turn on/off device away from home. -Was able to share access with others (installed on my work phone). Cons: -A desktop version for those who would like to control it from their PC. -Intergration with professional home control solution like Control4 where it can be controlled from a touchpad. -A "Scheduler" function/feature (Example: On at 5pm and off at midnight for the XMas tree) would be nice. -Notifications via text/email that something is plugged in/out or if someone else access/activates the devices would be great. -When "Sharing" access to others, entering a phone number works (Even though you get an error message once you tap "Add", a text will be sent to that number), but inputting an email, it doesn't send an email to the recipient(s). -Customer Service. Though it works for me with my 2 phones. Please assist users/buyers who are having issues with your app and equipment! *I edited above after playing with the features to add the pros and cons to my comments. Hope it's useful for those who are interested in the "Amped|Wireless"/Superconn line of products.

Doesn't work. Stick with a plug in that can't function because app doesn't work
