COMMUNICATION FEATURES

Bulletin board: broadcast function where management or tenants can reach everyone. Tenants can also be granted privileges to post to the bulletin board. Posts can be anything from security announcements to local tips.

Bulletin Map: bulletins can be pinpointed on a map - with directions from the user's location.

Tenant Messaging: tenants or staff can message one another or management. Users can message one-to-one or can create groups.

SAFETY FEATURES

Visitor Pass: tenants or staff can issue visitor passes electronically in advance of visitor arrival. These show location with directions. Visitor passes which bypass the need for approval calls from security officers at the gate to issue gate passes. Instant messaging means security can message tenants and send pictures where necessary. This system reduces the need for expensive telephone systems and hard copy visitor passes. Visitor passes also show appointment time.

Safety Button: users can communicate their safety status and show their location live to members of their family or nominated security officers. Within the premises in an emergency or whilst out and about.

Shake to Call: users can call pre-set emergency contacts simply by shaking their phone even when the app is not in use.

Safety Map: security officers or family members are notified when the safety button ("Live Tracking") is can activated and can see the security status and location - live - of such users on the safety map.

Tenant Registry: in an emergency the list of all tenants is immediately available for immediate contact. Tenants can also communicate instantly via messaging and share their location if required.
