Just installed yesterday and already I can't login to the app because "cloud is experiencing an interruption" or "Authentication failed". POS that I'm about to return. There's no point in having cameras with motion detection and two-way voice and audio if I can't see what or who is in front of the camera on a regular basis. That's literally the only reason I purchased these...

Currently on my second device that again is not working correctly. The second device has the same fault. Customer support is a joke (one of the solutions was to not put the device in a dark space!) It has been a month of battling trying to get my purchase reimbursed and still ongoing back and forth with the same questions already answered. Would not recommend this product. Avoid if you want to save yourself a whole load of time wasting and frustration. 😡

I used to love blink but this past month I haven't been able to see any clips or even log in to the app. It keeps saying there is something wrong with the blink cloud. It keeps telling me thumbnail failed or cameras aren't connected to wifi. The module is literally on my wifi router. I don't know what else to do to fix it. I've unplugged it reset it and it still says the same.

We LOVE these cameras! I've had no issues with them as of yet and we've had them for a year. The only thing I wish I could do is individually schedule the arming function for each camera. There's a lot of traffic on our road right now. They're replacing pipes and stuff until the Fall. My outside camera batteries died quickly in the last 4 months due to the activity. I try to shut the motion detection off on that one camera before I go to work but I forget most times. 🙃

More a rating of the Blink system as a whole, rather than just the app. In a security setting, the level of unreliability and inconsistency of the Blink product is simply unacceptable (and dangerous). I have used off brand wired systems, Simplisafe, and Blink. Blink is a distant third in terms of operating reliably, and it's not even close.

Set up 1 outdoor camera a few days ago. Everything worked as expected til I tried to sign into my account . I was sent the 2-factor verification, entered the numbers correctly, and am looped right back to the "Welcome to Blink" login. So my account cannot be accessed and the camera is useless. I am waiting to hear back from customer service whom I emailed over a day ago. Very disappointed, since while it worked, it did the job.
