Using BlueStacks

Have two ceiling fans with lamps and use the app to control them. The color warmt button doesnt respond correctly as the lamp always folow the same switching pattern. so the app should have a switch button and it would just follow it , having a warm and cold light and then the lamp doesnt do what we select is just bad.

Been trying to order something for so many times already but always unsucessful. Money is deducted in my bank account but order is not sure if successful or not. Contacted their customer service for like now the 3rd time..2x haven't heard any. The 3rd time patiently waiting again. So frustrating!

I use the app for a scale I have. I put my name and height on my profile, but I can't change my birthday so I'm stuck as a 33 yo man (I'm 20). I've got no problems with it otherwise, so I would love to be able to get my real age into my account.

Edit: I always like seeing the half full part of the cup in my reviews, but this one doesn't have a cup to look at! Trying to log in: doesn't work despite putting the correct password. Trying to recover account: I receive a password recovery email, which takes me to a password recovery page, which, as soon as I input a new password and try to advance, it says the link is expired!!! So no way to access my account after all. The app is not usable. No way to use product's smart features.

App connected to my fan with no problems and works ok. The feedback of status to the app is a bit hit and miss. Doesn't always reflect the on/off state or speed properly. Connecting to google home worked but you can't do anything from google home on my phone, you get an on/off button that does nothing. My nest hub shows the fan, when I click on it, it shows as "on" briefly and then back to "off" and the fan does nothing. Voice control doesn't work. I'd be happy to buy another if the google home integration was working.

I have a netbot S15 but the app keeps forgetting it, so I need to reconnect it every time. The whole mapping gets lost & I have to hear the bot bump into things constantly, and then it starts all over again. I always end up using the manual mode, so it just takes me more time than if I would clean. Every time I open the app I get a message that I need to update the firmware, I accept & activate the auto-update option, and restart all over. And yes, I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app.
