This is a worthless app. I can't even see how much I owe let alone look at my bill. Basically all you can do is report an outage and pay your bill. In 2021 users expect more. This is the kind of junk you get away with when your a monopoly.

Not helpful. Does not provide account information and requires the account number to login. Options are very limited. I downloaded it years ago and still have it in hopes that they will release a better version, but I don't use it. The web portal is much more useful. This app needs a complete revamp.

To those who say you shouldn't expect to pay bills with this app... that's TOTAL bs. Because in the description of the app, it literally SAYS you can pay bills. 🙄 Which you CAN, but you can't see your account. Which makes this app useless if you can't see your account and statement on the website and pay your bill through your bank. Thanks... But no thanks NG. You make too much 💰 to not improve on your connection with customers in general. 💁

This app is horrible. I only tried the app because the website doesn't seem to work to make payment only to find the app doesn't let you log in or see information. You guys really need better IT development staff. Move into this century please.

National Grid's gas service is fine. But their mobile app is pretty useless. What is even worse is their website, which is a dumpster fire. There's been months where I can't even pay on the website because their landing page for payments doesn't work. They obviously don't care at all about this aspect of their business.
