Won't register a power outage in my area. Keeps saying try again later. What is the point? Power is out in the neighborhood, no mention on the app, can't report!

Junk app. BRING BACK PAPER BILLS. I have brain damage and can always remember to check an app to see my bill. Not to mention I payed before payment was due, 2 weeks ago. It still says I owe that money and yet I scroll down and says I paid it. So why isnt my balance at 0?

Extremely slow; hangs at login with the word loading for over 3 minutes. When trying to view a past bills, it hangs again and then it doesn't download or display anything. The layout of this app is poor. I recommend the developer logs in to their own financial institutions app to get an idea of a seemless experience and user friendly layout.

Unable to report an outage. When trying to input address the space bar deletes previous characters.

Your app is terrible. It barely works 30% of the time and the other 70% it just shows a blank "my account " page. Would love to know how to fix this, but typical government run business, no response at all.

Hydro One's Mobile app provides Hydro One customers with detailed information on power outages and restoration times throughout our service area in Ontario, Canada.

The outage map is updated every 10 minutes with information on number of customers affected, estimated restoration times, outage causes and crew status to keep you informed.
