Have been unable to pay online now for almost two weeks. Called customer service for help on three seperate occasions. Was told a supervisor would call me back, hasnt happened yet. Horrible customer service. If there was somebody else to get power from, trust me I would. When you have a monopoly you can have horrible service and get away with it. Gulf Power, nextera, FPL ..... whatever name they're going by this week SUCKS !!!

Customer service IS none existing. CAN NEVER get the app to do anything is designed to do. Not even a simple log in is easy. It's never their fault, only yours. Why are we punished by only one awful company locally? Dunno, but I really wish they would use our money for good and make it to where WE CAN AT LEAST PAY THEM WITHOUT CALLING! NOT LIKE THEY ANSWER FAST AND IS READY TO TAKE YOUR CASH.. NO! THEY ARGUE ABOUT THAT, TOO. ( Why don't you just use the app to pay ) WHY DOESN'T IT WORK!?!? EVER!

Sign in is broken and has been for months. No matter how many times you reinstall, clear cache, clear local data, doesn't matter. I don't even get as far as putting in a password, just putting username results in a generic "something went wrong" error.

Can't open the app to do anything and when I click on the link it takes me to a web page with the header of gulf power but nothing on it. It's been this way for over a month, really getting old.

"New and improved" pop-up box wouldn't go away when opening app. SMH... I had to uninstall and reinstall to make payment. Seems ok now.

Funny how after I've been successfully able to sign in, I notice a GROSS inaccuracy...and suddenly...I can no longer view my account! I can see the programs they offer and outages in the area if any...but NOT the specifics of my account. Cover up? Hmm...
