Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing IDT HK on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. IDT has become a scam, I have used their Dragon phone cards and app for years. I used to be able to call a landline in the UK for an hour or more, now I get 15 mins before being cut off and if I don't get cut off, the next time I use the card or pin number, they will tell me it's expired after just 2 weeks! $50 is not cheap for 15 mins. This happened to me too often now and when this happens to you, which it will, forget about trying to talk to their customer support they only have an answering machine. I have lodged a complaint with the HK consumer. What a way to treat a loyal customer.

- Check your call history and details of previous calls in the “Call Log”
