The app doesn't update data usage live or even daily. (Just like the 3434 SMS service had problems updating.) We have a major home internet problem so it's the second day tethering all computers and the data balance is the same as it was days ago. I called helpdesk and got very friendly ladies on the other side, but nothing seems to solve the problem. My phone also tracks the data and the 1 GB I used in these past 2 days is nowhere to bee seen. I just hope the data doesn't run out finalising network dependant procedures. (banking or otherwise). I still have another day and a half tethering to the computer before the technician comes to fix the home internet issue.

This app is in need of a dire overhaul. For work, I have to use data on the road, so I have to keep track of data usage. 1st dat of install, the app worked great but it suddenly stopped working. It only updates your current balance. 3434 also doesn't give a precise data update, so both the services are broken

This app is worthless. Hasn't been working for a while now. Doesn't log in. Fact that I even have to log in every time is nerve wrecking.

You have to login every single time you want to use the app, that's if it works. Right now it's unable to recognize region 🙄

If you are in curacao then I would suggest you not to use this brand. Because their internet runs slower than turtle
