Can't log in, Vonage support isn't even able to support the app and has to escalate it to a third party that I'll have to wait a day for to hear from. Inexcusable for an enterprise service.

Terrible, DO NOT UPDATE! It won't allow log out now after update (update was accidentally done). It does not look like the pictures featured here. Upon opening, Icon is almost similar to WhatsApp.

Hasn't worked since the update. Can't log on and they can't figure out what's wrong.

It works. The UI needs some work. Answering calls is counterintuitive with the slide system. It looks like I should be able to just tap to answer but you have to slide. Bring up the keypad also causing some problems for options like mic muting and speakerphone.

Even after an update free services still yield much better results and companies a fraction of the size like grasshopper are leaps and bounds better. For a call based organization of this magnitude, its embarrassing that the soft phone is this terrible. Not only for I core, but more so for the professionals who should be able to rely on it.... Avoid, at all costs. From 2 stars, down to 1 after some extensive... Attempts at usage, usage would be a serious over statement.

Call quality is fine, but icore is draining my battery at an alarming rate, even when logged out. Using .22% of my battery per hour which is three or four times as much as any other app.
