You would think with it being called support assistant that it would get you tech support for your product. This app does not do that. According to the info at the bottom of the page, it was last updated in 2015. This is honestly a useless app and should be either deleted permanently or deleted and rebuilt from the ground up. If the only feature available to me is to turn on the camera one-way, then it immediately becomes suspicious from privacy perspective and a security perspective as well.

The catch is: you need a pin number to use it to talk to a chat rep but you have to get the pin number from the chat rep. This app appears to have no other built-in features. So what's the point?

This app says that an HP product is not detected, God when did HP started to manufacture Mobiles and developing android software? I can't understand the use of this application so far.
