I have been using their surveillance from a a long time and have been satisfied . Some reviews say that they don't provide upgrade but what do you expect? The old dvr has the same hardware (new features cannot be added ) and also the cost is less and talking about app it never says that it is unsupported . Either the person writing the review doesn't know which app to use or has come here to make fun of this company . Y'all know competition right? So Go Ahead and buy those products.

Easy to confine and have lot of new IOT Products. And also you can control your home appliances like TV AC and other IR Products with Smart IR controller and also Camera streaming quality is very good because server is based out in India however product is not made here. Overall worth the cost for Camera and IR Controller at such a cheap budget. Camera playback functions and search functions cam be more better.

Easy to connect application, download, Register and view and monitor it from anywhere and use the cloud storage functions for an additional cost , however camera box did not mention that about additional cost

Initially added my AC system. Had to change mibile phone and install the app on new device. App does not show already added AC .No option to add it again. Disgusting b4 use.

They provide one of the WORST surveillance products. DO NOT USE HIFOCUS PRODUCTS if you need a long lasting service as they don't upgrade their softwares. They'll recommend to change the DVRs after every 2-3 years or else you can't use their apps because of non upgraded versions.

Am not able to connnect the camera after several resets and scanning of qr codes...my modem is also 2.4ghz ...where is the problem?
