Using BlueStacks

I was introduced to this app by a friend who had tried to tone his body several times but always failed due to a lack of motivation. Once he started LL he was able to keep on track and has finally managed to get into better shape. Seeing his results made me try LL out and although it's only been only a couple of months my wife has already noticed a big change in my tone and vigor.

Great app. I'm visual so nice to be able to see side by side comparison photos and progress graphs to keep me motivated

I'm a pretty out of shape guy so being able to see the tiny improvements I make with the pictures is super helpful for keeping me motivated, and while adding foods to the list take a bit more time, once I mapped out most of my foods i normally eat, it became really easy to keep try of my calorie intake.
