I did these exercises once I was already a bit flexible bit the last part was needed and after this I did my splits I have been trying to do my splits since a long time and I did this today I'm super happy and also there are no ads the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's a really heavy app I have 4 apps and 4 pictures so I had to delete this

I've done this practically everyday for about 9 months and I've lost at least 15 pounds and can do splits on both sides... Forget the 30 days though. You'd probably have to work out at least an hour a day instead of 20min to get those results....
