We have an aim to be an all-around integrated app for gated societies. The Hello Residents Help App is specially designed to integrate the Maintenance Staff within the Society. The maintenance staff is generally managed by the Management Committee or Builder or Facility Management Company of a Society. The technicians get user-friendly access to the complaints assigned to them. They can update the status of the complaint, add remarks, inform when the resident is not home and much more. They even have an option to attach relevant images as and when necessary. We have designed this app in such a way that a cautious eye can be kept on the workings of all residents’ complaints and their updates. With this App, the Admin can monitor the assigned technicians and enquire with the residents for confirmation.
