德周行創立於西元1984年8月，早期位於中和員山路與民安街口。初期經營項目為任天堂紅白機及卡匣銷售與遊戲交換、試玩(還記得一分鐘一元的電動嗎? 最早期的網咖經營模式，早在23年前就已經開創了)。1987年，德周於木柵興隆路二段成立第2家連鎖店(現在萬芳醫院萬芳捷運站口對面)。1991年，德周第3家連鎖店於永和福和路成立，1994年第3家連鎖店搬遷於永和國中路156號(現址)，專職電視遊樂器業務至今，為服務玩家，仍維持部分零售業務。
