Typical Microsoft garbage, just a heads up to users like me, you may have to delete and re-download this app to get into meetings. When you download it you have to click always allow for this junk to work, it doesnt say "this isnt on would you like it on for this function to work?" It's just sad how big Microsoft is that they can't have an efficient app like others that are free. Missed an important meeting because of this. THANKS! 2 stars because the meeting function does work when you get in

The app is great for connecting with large groups. My issue is that when using on my device, the time stamps for messages are almost nonexistent. I have to be on a computer to see what time each message is sent when a lot of messages are received at one time. Knowing what time things were said/sent/replied to is important. An adjustment needs to be made.

Currently the app is broken due to December 2023 updates on Android. All messages in chats or channels that are seen/read do not "un-bold" automatically after being read, they can only be manually cleared by "marking all as read" which is extemely inconvenient. Also, Dark Mode is broken as the "bold" text color is nearly identical to the normal text color, so you can't see any new messages. It barely works in Light Mode, it's like they changed the font size so it's nearly useless as well.

Bloody terrible for messages. Whether on the web or in app, this service doesn't load my messages half the time. I will have to spin up private windows or kill my mobile app to get it to actually load my messages. Half the time on the Web, all my files fail to load and I have an empty white box. Not even a courtesy error message. I don't care that they integrate a web browser and plugins and video conferencing. I just need to access my messages and files. MS should focus on MVPs. Awkward UI too

I never receive any notifications for the two teams that I'm on or for the chats. I have enabled all notifications in the app and in my device settings. Occasionally if someone replies to a post, I will get their reply in a notification. I have contacted Microsoft and my organization to see if there's something on my end that's wrong. Nobody is able to fix the issue. Many Android users are having this same problem with their notifications and I don't understand why this hasn't been resolved.

The worst messaging and phone app I've ever used so far. Never works and it misses features that have been a part of other apps 5 years ago. Also Teams likes to be incompatible with my Bluetooth headphones connected to my phone. It suddenly just decided it wants to switch from using my headphones and use the phone speakers instead. Also I can't answer the phone using my headset controls because Teams just doesn't want to work.
