Had to reload entire app several times to get app to work correctly.
Constantly being kicked out and having to resign in. Sends messages to
wrong clinical staff. Do not recommend.

Keeps crashing, duplicates messages, sends messages to the wrong people.
iPhone users are having no issues, but everyone in our office using Android
are.

Very glitchy on Android, takes forever to load messages, doesn't always
notify me of new messages. Apparently works okay on iPhone, but not Android.

I'm a nurse and this app saves me so much time communicating with doctors. Paging doctors through answering services and waiting for responses takes so much valuable time and this app eliminates all that wasted time. Love love love it! When a doctor adds me as part of the care team I can see their communication which is so amazing. This is such a great tool and the info is all protected.

Doctors need to communicate with each other and with nurses and case managers. For me and most of my colleagues, texting is the most efficient and effective way to communicate with each other. However, HIPPA forbids traditional texting of patient identifiers or medical information. So in comes Zipdoc. My partners and I now rely on Zipdoc to communicate throughout the day about various patients, securely and most importantly, we are HIPPA compliant. We've tried other programs before that were just too buggy. Zipdoc is the best one we've found!
