Using BlueStacks

adapun fitur-fitur yang ada dalam aplikasi:

Disposisi Surat
Dalam fitur ini surat dapat didisposisi oleh Kepala Dinas atau yang setara ke Kepala Bidang atau yang setara, Kepala Bidang atau yang setara bisa mendisposisikan surat ke Kepala Seksi atau yang setara. Disposisi bisa dilakukan apabila admin dari masing-masing OPD sudah meneruskan (forward) surat masuk ke Kepala Dinas atau yang setara masing-masing.

Feedback Surat
Fitur ini kebalikan dari disposisi yakni dari struktur yang paling bawah ke atas sebagai laporan bahwa terkait surat yang telah disposisi akan segera ditindak lanjuti.

Jenis Surat
Adapun beberapa jenis surat yang ada dalam aplikasi:
1. Surat Umum (Surat biasa)
2. Nota Dinas (Surat yang dikirimkan oleh OPD terkait ke struktur diatasnya, seperti dari Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ke Bupati).
3. Undangan Umum (Undangan yang dibuat untuk seluruh OPD terkecuali Bupati dan Wakil Bupati)
4. Undangan Nota Dinas (Undangan yang khusus dibuat untuk Bupati dan Wakil Bupati)

Notifikasi
Apabila ada disposisi atau feedback maka , akan ada pemberitahuan secara realtime kepada penerima disposisi/feedback.
