does everything I hoped for and that is to get my heart rate up and burn some calories! I LOVE that it shows you what you will be doing AND tell you exactly where to put your arm/hand/leg. Also a great perk is to skip a workout or pause it to take a breather. I love that you can pick how long you want to workout and what is your target area. This app is easy for beginners but doesn't leave you in the dark

This app is great for quick 5-10 minute targeted workouts. Right before showering or during tv shows it's so easy to access routines to follow. I've been using this for about a month now and I've already noticed some definition and tone. I am already a moderate exerciser so this just adds to my consistent exercise routine.

Gonna be honest, most of the reviews on this app seem fake. And the description says nothing about the monthly subscription fee necessary to unlock everything (after selecting ONE workout in the arm category). Most fitness apps allow at least one or two exercises in each category. You need to be up front about your prices, because people want to work on more than one part of the body. Thanks, but no thanks.

This is such a great app! It gives you time to review what the workout is if you don't know it. It also gives you a goal for how many reps you should try to do. It also gives you time to rest between each workout. If you do this daily like me you feel great and powerful while wanting to workout not feeling forced to workout!

This app keeps me clicking to begin another session without me even realizing it or having to force myself. It keeps me motivated with its feature to track reps or time accomplished and adjusting my target amount accordingly. The graphics are truly helpful at informing the user of the form they should use in each exercise so they will experience optimal results.
