Been using their service in Japan for about one year. I never had any problems until some months ago. My data seems to get drained 3 times as it used to be. I will never recommend using their service again. Moreover, after I requested my contract termination, I have started to have connectivity issues, at times even losing the connection completely for a couple of minutes.

im using gtn rn and sucks. It says 5G high speed data etc. But in reality it realy slow that only able to play youtube video 144p. And this app sucks too. Most of the buttons will not work even if you tap countless times. You literally have to email to the customer support to get your bill. It really sucks.
