This camera is pretty much the only one on the market, and I really like the camera itself. However the app is quite weak. Half the time it won't connect, it disconnects itself, and there are no features. I have another VR camera with its own app, and this one really fails on the features. Couldn't we at least get some manual exposure controls, a delayed timer, and automatic conversion to a non-proprietary imaging format?

VR180 no longer loads data from the Lenovo camera since Android 10 update. It connects the camera fine, controls the camera fine, but cannot preview and spins at "getting your comtent" forever. Please fix it. Thanks.

My complaint is the same as all the others I've read. It will connect to the camera, but will not preview or download camera content. As a matter of fact, when I tried to use the format option, it said that there was "no SD card inserted" when there was. I noticed it was updated in Nov 2019, are you going to fix the obvious flaws with this app? Right now it's useless.

So far so good. I just got a Lenovo vr180 camera. I'm using a note 8 with the 7.0 nougat version. Don't know why my phone can't update but that's probably why this app works fine based on other ratings that seem to have an issue with newer versions. Is there a way to change the camera mode on the camera itself without having to change it with the app?

View finder no longer works. Used to show you what the camera was recording. Not anymore. In addition the "getting content" only keeps loading. Tried the app on w different phones. Same poor results. How is this app made by Google? The app seems to work on my Samsung Galaxy S6 but it does not work on my pixel 3 or essential phone. Issue might be Android 10 update?

Doesn't work with Samsung Note 10+. App can connect to camera but it will not allow you to take pictures or videos. It is also unable to play content to show the preview. My camera is virtually worthless at this point thanks to a compatibility issue with either Google's own OS or with one of its most mainstream partners.
