Such a pity that Google is removing this app. 5 stars for the app to show support. 1 star to Google for causing distrust in their services. I'm hesitant to try new Google products/services (especially paid) because no one wants to invest in something can be expected to be discontinued.

I liked using this app even though it had issues. I certainly don't understand why they keep updating it (3 times?) if it's being taken out of service and I feel like it's more likely that these updates are taking something away from me, not improving things. So I'm backing all these old versions up just in case.

Can't Believe This App Will No Longer Be Supported! Sad to see that Google Trips will no longer be supported as of August 2019. This app was easy to work with, did a great job of keeping all of my trip details organized plus extremely helpful by providing Day Trips and Things to do. Pair it with Google Translate and it was the perfect travel companion. I will certainly miss it. Not sure any app will be as good as Google Apps. Bummer.

Whilst not perfect, this app did what I need it to fairly well - keep all your travel information in one place, easily reviewed, and accessible offline! The last thing you need while traveling is too have to hunt down critical information across a bunch of different apps, and internet access is often difficult, so Google's suggested replacements are woefully inadequate.

Guys, this app is brilliant. Why get rid of it, a huge mistake. Also, those who are awarding 1 star because it's going, very counter productive. Surely the higher the rating the better. Let Google know they are messing up.

Really disappointed that Google is dropping this application. The reason they offer is that the functionality is offered elsewhere.. I disagree. Google Trips is an excellent and convenient single go to application and I've used it for every trip I've done overseas. There has not been any reason why the app is being pulled .. really poor service by Google.
