OK, figured it out, download Jabra assist then when you turn the headset on, hold the button in for like 20 seconds instead of 5. RE:I just bought the elite 25 or whatever and I connected it straight away but then I realised there was an app and as soon as I downloaded the app it can't connect to my phone anymore, even after I deleted the app, does that mean part of the app is still in my phone after deleting? Or has it just corrupted my head phones, regardless my advice is not to download app.

I bought sport coach special edition which has been 6 months since I bought it and not working since 3 months. You guys give the worst customer service it has to offer. I tried each and every number on you website and product description and it's in vain. I'LL REMIND MYSELF NOT TO TRUST JABRA EVER AGAIN.

My Jabra Evolve 65 is not pairing with my phone anymore. When searched other devices are unable to see it. I have reinstalled this service many times, but it doesnt help.

Can't find the app in my settings to enable it in the background. Therefore cannot connect my buds to the sport life app. Connects to Bluetooth on my phone fine though. Have had loads of issues with jabra

Downloaded the app android version for my elite 85h. The app didn't create short cut or I can find the widget. In the product box was intructed to download "jabra sound +app" but I can't find this app in the app store. 5/10/2020 downloaded jabra assist and service app. The app doesn't elite 85h in the connect option. Wth is going? How do I update the software for my headphones? Ok, I found the app and the reason why is not working. This is lame that you don't support older android phone.
