Needs improvements. This app is not operational in my home area and entering an email to get updates about it gets tripped up by a space at the end of the email. Why does it have to be operational in my home area when I just want it for when I walk e. g. Tokai forest? Imo there should also be a separate on-body SOS button (bluetooth) as an attacker may go for the phone first. Furthermore, although this is a COCT and Google problem, manual entry of my address locates me 5km away.

Great concept but the app constantly crashes on my galaxy s7. *Update* the app updates have fixed all previous issues. This is a great app

We had a break in at our place and used the SOS on the app, they were very responsive and armed response came in about 5min. Everyone that has the app in close proximity to us was notified of the incident, highly recommend getting this app.

What an essential application to have in this day and age. When we are in a precarious situation we don't want to panic and fumble with our phones, but now with a touch of a button you KNOW someone will be there for you. I tested it and had armed response call me within 5 seconds. I also applaud the part where you can report various issues in your neighborhood, the pure convenience of this is going to make our community a better place to live in. Thank you!

This app is a brilliant idea. However keep in mind that you cannot rely on its functionality. Since the 27. Feb update it does not start anymore on my Android 9 device. Imagine you got an emergency, e.g. break-in, and you are wasting valuable time trying to SOS with this app but suddenly it doesn't work anymore. I recommend the developers to test it properly before a new SW release is made public.

I looked at the options and accidentally pressed on an emergency button. It was less than 3 seconds and I had a peron texting me on the app and another calling me. I can say with certainty that this is an essential tool for community safety. Works easy and effective. Sign up today!
