Many issues with this app. If you minimize it and re open it starts another session and you can't open the 1st then the second won't connect, every time you try to open it itll keep opening more sessions. it sent a false sos because the sos button is on the lower right and I'm right handed, couldnt connecf after.should be in a better spot. The connection should be bluetooth not wifi. Why have multi user profiles on 1 phone? Why do I have to log in to the app and the satfi2? Cant save login info.

this app and the associated hardware that goes with it did not work after repeated attempts to try to follow all of the instructions given and I believe that's probably why this app is rated fairly low. Very frustrating

Absolutely Horrible (crashes every other use) on a Moto Z 2 with Android 8.0 (.1/24/2019). Have attempted to contact tech support 4 times since October 13, 2018 and problem is getting worse. Received new SatFi2 device which made things worse because now my annual billing is messed up and I keep getting a $19.95 late charge each month when I am on the Enterprise 3000 plan (an annual pre pay $1300 up front) plus when I call in they can't find my ICCID number. Just called tech support tonight (3/10/2019) and could not hear them and kept getting disconnected because of phone problems in their tech support call center. Support guy promised me an e-mail but that never came. I have both a Sat Phone (GSP-1700) and a SatFi2 on separate annual plans. Horrible service when I'm paying over $2600/year. In October 2019 when my contract is up (been with GlobalStar for 4 years) I'm switching to Iridium. Avoid GlobalStar. If a GlobalStar supervisor wants to call me and help me then I'll edit my review, feel free, you have my name in my review.
