Meetup with friends and family using Gibana. Create a Meetup group, assign a meetup place and invite the people that matter. Track the GPS location of all the Meetup attendees and receive notifications when an attendee is not going, stuck on traffic, or has arrived at the meetup point.

Imagine a situation where you are going to meet up with friends to a nice restaurant later in the afternoon to have dinner. But when it's about time to head out, you have no idea if someone is on their way, stuck on traffic, or is already at the restaurant ordering food and waiting for others to arrive.

You could always call or send your friends a text so you can be updated on their status and whereabouts anytime, but that's too much of a hassle on everyone's part.

Gibana can help you by:
1.) Being able to create a private group called Meetups that enables each member to choose their status (whether they are still preparing, already going, not going, stuck on traffic, or has arrived at the meetup point). All of the Meetup members will be notified for any status changes while the Meetup is active.
2.) Be able to track the real-time GPS location of all members going to the Meetup and be able to know if a member has arrived at the Meetup point.
3.) Be able to create one-time or repeating (daily or weekly) Meetup groups and be able to organize multiple Meetup groups at a time.
4.) Be able to send messages to each other and be able to add friends and family to a personal contact list for quick access.
5.) Be able to upload images and create a personalized portfolio of your travel or work.

GPS Location Sharing
Gibana uses GPS location technology to report the real-time whereabouts of those that have accepted your invitation to join your Meetup and share their location. Simply install the Gibana app on your phone, and invite your friends, family, and interest into the Meetup group. Once registered, each member appears as a unique icon on the navigational map so you’ll know exactly where they are in realtime. No need to send annoying “Where are you?” or "When are you arriving?" texts when heading to the meetup point, Gibana shows this information at your fingertips.

Storage
Gibana uses the device storage to be able to upload images from your device. Gibana uses this permission if the user wishes to upload a profile icon to the service or by uploading an image to be used as part of the user's portfolio.
