Using BlueStacks

This app use to be easy to install and connect to the cctv hard drive but now since the latest update it doesnt seem to register at all on any device. Needs fixing asap!! Just an update, I have found a new app which links to my cctv download TopsView its exactly the same layout and easy to use

I am having problems of seeing the CCTV on my mobile phone. My Cloud ID is sent to you via email given above. My CCTV device is a product of Kenpro. I have experiment on my iPad which is the iOS operation system and it works but on my phone which is a Samsung Android operation system doesn't work. It shows that it is offline all the time, while my iPad is working properly on real time. I am not sure that you are awared of this problem or not. Please advise further instruction.
