Since close to a month, I have been trying to buy airtime, via this app, but it says "insufficient balance" whereas the money in the account is more than enough. My money is blocked in the app, and I have been trying to communicate with the support agents but no response. I am so disappointed about it

have used this application for more than 3 years now .it's kind of amazing 2 months ago I lost my phone but when I got a new phone and downloaded back this app i got back all of my contacts .not only that I use it to do all my bank transactions deposited and widrawers. it's save and secure.i do this love this app so very much.

I recharged my account and received confirmation, but there was nothing in my betting account when i verified, called you guys and no one responded, its shameful cos this is not the first time.

Guys this is not a readable app. Recharged my account, money go deducted from my momo and I cannot find in in my FM account... Called customer service to no avail.. And this didn't happen to me alone.. Happed to a couple of my friends I invited them to use the app
