The app doesn't work at all for me. First, I couldn't do anything until I registered. Then when I tried to register, they never sent me an authorization code. I'm not sure what else I was supposed to do, but the app doesn't explain anything or offer any solutions. It definitely needs some major fixes.

It works great. It's glitched out once or twice out of like 50 uses. Definitely room for improvement, but for what it is... Taxis on US military posts in Korea... It does the job.

This app has never worked for me. I don't care how many times you uninstall, reinstall, toggle location, etc. it will not work. The representatives answering the phone love to tell you to use it but it doesn't work. If you want us to use an app to make things simpler, make a functioning app. I'm not trying to come off as hateful but it's pretty annoying to have someone say "well it works" when it's rated 2.2 by 12 people and it's the only option.

There is no mythical announcement button. Either order on the app, call in, or hope that a cab comes.

I Order a cab. The app said cab was in route. Got a text saying cab would be here in 2 minutes. Went out side right after I got the text. No cab showed up. The app said the ride was complete. I called and the person answered the phone said cab is waiting and I told her that there was no cab. All she said was ok and ended the call. Worst cab company ever. I do not recommend using them at all. Take the free bus.

Update 7 August 2020: dispatch complains that you don't give exact building numbers when the app still isn't configured to allow you to enter them. Still can only use preselected list and if your building isn't on there you can only turn off GPS and reopen the app and pray your building (or one within walking distance) is on the new list. I'm 100% certain I've been placed in low priority queue because of this issue. Please fix the app.
