System still seems to need some work. Offline picture loading is functional, but still have a loss of photos uploaded when switching from data to no data. Time to upload photos once taken on average takes 10-15 minutes whilr on Viasat network. It is much faster uploading on a different data connection. Keep working on it and it will get better.

App crashed 90% of the time I take a photo for work done for verification on the back end by an audit team. Video calling is awful - always gets extremely blurry within seconds. Tried reinstalling 5x doesn't help. UPDATE: There is a little more stability atm but still crash/reset issues. Sometimes works. Using OnePlus 7 Pro.

They say if you can't video chat because of bad service then you should take photos. This app loses my photos atlest 3-4 times a week.

only will work if you have service. I always get invalid session error message. Newest update is not good.

Great app. Sometimes a loss of connectivity and a little laggy, but overall helps manage q.c. and techs in the field well.
