Worked perfectly with UptimeRobot monitoring with SMS, since I get multiple SMS texts with different numbers, this makes it easy to ensure the alert is only the keyword I want. It would be nice if I could exclude keywords or have multiple events trigger differently.

Really simple but does the job reliably, better than the other apps I checked. Would be nice to have a bit more options like multiple keywords, schedules etc (Galaxy S2)
