One of the first permission questions to set up the App is a bit daunting. Looking for clarity before I agree to let Virtru "read, compose, send and permanently delete all emails." Does this mean emails will be deleted prior to using Virtru or while using it?

While the basic UI gets the job done it does leave a bit to be desired. My main problem with this app is that it is constantly running in the background and my phone is always yelling at me to manually shut the app down. Sometimes if you do not manually shut it down, you receive a system notification that "Virtru has stopped working". This is annoying and obtrusive to the workflow.

won't let me activate my account. definitely needs some updates it just spins and spins then tells me to try again or delete

Lo ks me out often....can't send secure emails

No multi-account handling. Doesn't show which email account is used. No feedback function despite 'feedback' being written. Nothing improved the last 2 years. Very poor for a service I pay a yearly fee for.
