Was working well before, but all of a sudden, it started using Bulksms as sender name, upon my series of complaints, still, nothing has been done.. I think poor customer service is the issue here.

This app and its owner are scammers.....got 520 unit and sent message twice. Each costing 155 unit. Faim my units has exstausted. Called the customer care representative, no proper reason was stated.

not so good cause I made payment via bank and debit alart I received since and my unit balance issues yet to be credited. Slow response for an online facility... bad ...

They didn't give me value for what I paid . They never delivered any of my messages. Their customer service is terrible. They read your WhatsApp messages and totally ignore you. You will pay and not even one of your messages will get delivered. Ignore all the 5star ratings you see, they are from the staff. My friend who downloaded the app complains of worse. They deserve no star at all.
