Sms units paid for takes eternity to reflect , plus they have a very unresponsive customer care/ contact center. Disappointed.

I sent messages, but it sent successfull without deliver the messages to the receiver that was sent to. Try build up your system, to have it quick delivery to the receiver. Am your Good customer, because their are much point that i have bought, but not knowing that it can deliver messages to a receiver I.E to a number but not multiples of numbers.

The sender ID is not shown not shown on the recipient phone. It keeps showing BULK SMS not what I put on the sender ID. Also, some people don't receive the message.

AppwebSMS is a wonderful bulk SMS application. However, you need to work on the Sender ID. The space for inputting sender ID is too small. Increase it to be able to contain more letters in your next update sir. Infact it a setback for this great application.

We use this bulk SMS app to create our mobile marketing campaign. I love the free GSM Database feature which allows us to get phone numbers of people in our location. The UI/UX is also awesome. Just one suggestion; I think the team behind appwebSMS should also add Voice SMS in the app just like it is on the website.

I think this is great and fast in delivery. But I wish the developer can do something about the group phone book so that one can easily add new number to already created group.
