This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AppraisalPort on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

needs the ability to save passwords. with modern appraising and multiple websites and apps to use for individual appraisers, there's no way I can keep up with each individual password and login. Therefore the app is useless without this function

Super easy to set up and use

Expect this app not to let you log in. My password never works with this app. I use the same password for the website and the phone app, and it never works on my phone.

About this app

AppraisalPort is a secure, Web-based work site from which appraisers can receive orders, send completed reports, and communicate with their clients. It is integrated with FNC's Collateral Management System®, used by many mortgage lenders, banks, and appraisal management companies.

The AppraisalPort Mobile App integrates directly with AppraisalPort and provides users with a view into the current state of their account for up to the moment order management and communication. From the app, appraisers are able to:

- accept and decline orders
- set inspection dates
- review order engagement letters and contacts
- view properties on a map
- mobile communication is greatly enhanced using the mobile messaging features of the app

A valid AppraisalPort user account is required to access this mobile app. If you do not currently have an AppraisalPort account, please visit https://www.appraisalport.com.
