Not easy to use and no matter what you do for your notification settings you still get audible notifications. Streaming with a BT device doesn't work, it only gives you audio for a few seconds. Don't bother with support, you go days without hearing from anybody sometimes.

Problem with update. Update removes login and password information and requires user to re-enter the info. Users may not have the information and will not be able to use the app until provided it. It will result in users not responding to calls due to no notification from the app. User information and login/password migration to the updated version should be automatic. Appears to be fixed in latest update.

Since downloading the Nov 16th update I have lost almost all settings functions of this app. Specifically the volume override, alert options, mapping, switching between stations, radio scanner, and being able to receive alerts from multiple stations. The support staff have been extremely helpful with these issues, fixing most of them very quickly and staying in contact until everything was resolved. Thank you for your tech support staff!

After an alert, the app indicates No Internet Connection, despite device still either connected to data or WiFi. I have to restart my device, and reopen the app to play the alarm. This isn't unique to my device, other members of my department are having the same problem, with both iPhone and Android.

About this app

Who’s Responding:

With Who’s Responding your department will know immediately who is responding to a call, whether they are going to the hall or the scene and know there ETA at a glance. Eliminate the guessing of what personnel will arrive and be in the know. A simple click of a button from virtually any phone and the screen at your department will allow others to know you are on your way. This fast and easy information by Who’s Responding saves precious time in responding.

How it works:

Once your pager has initiated the call you press the “Who’s Responding” App on your phone. This automatically populates a screen within your department showing those who get to the department before you immediately who is on their way. Optionally it can also populate the screen showing your GPS coordinates so your colleagues know how far out you are. It also has a feature that allows a text to be sent and populate the screen within the department sending valuable information to those getting ready to respond.

In the bottom of the screen you will be able to see who is away so you can be better prepared; helping a department know ahead of time if they may be short personnel and a secondary call can be initiated earlier.
