My kid goes to 2 kindergartens and both of them work with Flexkids, normal situation. I need to use both accounts in one app but it doesn't seem to be possible. When I contacted the developer of the app they referred me to ask in kindergarten. Only this makes me angry. If doesn't work just say so. Don't send me to your product users to solve the problem. This app is your baby!

App is not displaying any pictures. This has been an issue all the week. I deleted and re-downloaded the app but still same issues. Not being able to see your kid's pictures while at daycare and for now five days sucks. Please fix. Thank you. **Update: 4 July** I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 4 star based on the response I received from the app developer. This shows they care about this issue and are working on fix. I hope it is fixed soon. Thank you.

Update: I wish I could give negative stars. This "app" keeps getting worse. Now all images are broken too. In 2019 there's no excuse for such a broken, buggy app. Notifications don't work, many screens just go blank, lacks any sort of parent-teacher messaging, it's pretty much useless. A huge step backwards compared to the plain old paper journal we used to have.

The photos are not visible lately. I get a notification and the text is not readable at the notification itself, if you click the notification then the notification disappears. The "dagboek" doesn't load the older dates. Not sure how to use the app, very difficult to use and seems to have many errors.

Very nice idea for childcare and parents. The app has some defects in its functionality. Major ones: notifications don't work (two phones), even though they're set on in settings. In agenda clicking on date number or day of week is possible, but has no function. Cannot request exchange-hours for an extra day. Photos have a share icon, but lacks the sharing menu of Android. Downloading photo works 'different' compared to other apps (should have download icon), and cannot select multiple photos.
