Fitnessize is the best application to control your weight, body fat, water and muscle just write your weight and let the app do the calculation.
you can add your own exercises with all the details (exercise's name, sets, reps, weight and rest duration along with a chronometre to keep you Updated once your rest time is over...), you can also save all machines available in your gym along with their description.
Fitnessize will keep track of your heaviest weight of each workout.
if you wanna be able to keep track of your body's transformation and evolution fitnessize has the coolest mesure tool, just select a muscle and enter today's mesures, after couple mesures the app will give you the transformation of that exact muscle.
