Thw ap is not opening I have downloaded a couple of times bit its not opening at al

The authors of this app missed the point entirely of functional training. Functional training is not a "one size fits all" approach. The canned routines in the app are a pathetic joke. A lot of this app is advertising for other equally bad apps.

Disappointed that there arent even just a couple of beginner workouts that are free without having to sign up.
