This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SlackSpeaker (Unreleased) on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

SlackSpeaker provides a way to use the Slack messaging system in situations where your eyes and hands are occupied. You can hear the messages from the various channels Slack teams of which you're a member, and respond (either POST or direct reply) with your voice, without once looking at or touching your phone's screen.

SlackSpeaker is a voice client app for Slack that allows you to converse with your Slack teammates, without needing to touch or even look at your phone.
New in version 1.22:
Addition of FASTER and SLOWER voice commands to control how quickly Slack messages are said by SlackSpeaker.
Fixed an issue on initial install where app would hang and have to be restarted after request for microphone permissions.
