Annoying bugs not fixed. I have opened tickets 6 months ago to get simple issues like "share a picture using Fastmail" results in an email with a missing attachment and "taping on a new email notification" only takes you to the email if the app has been used in the last few minutes. These are seemingly simple, reproducible bugs yet the development team has not delivered any fix for half a year 😔 Pity because the app is otherwise well organised and nice.

This company rocks. I've used many email apps and companies over the last 30+ years, but only Fastmail since I hired them. It's secure, fast, and always there. I've set up my account in Thunderbird on two work laptops and have the app on my giggle phone. Seamless. I'm glad I found them and I'm staying.

I've just switched from Gmail to Fastmail and so far I'm quite impressed. IMO the best (in terms of value for money) alternative out there.

After the last update, the app consistently crashes. I can barely read an email without having to restart several times.

File attachment does not work, specifically the "upload" option. Unusable. Update: still no fix available. What happened to "a couple days" ? Fastmail is not free, so I expect better support from their app developers.

U2F support was implemented without being tested properly. Please do not include features that do not work, it is frustrating for end users. I will return rating once U2F support is properly implemented & QA'd by testers.
