The old app is much better. Fortunately it still works so I won't uninstall it for this new one which I had to install on my work mobile phone. Bring the old app back. It's the only reason I won't upgrade my personal mobile phone. I don't want to lose old (much better) Fancy Hands app.

Your service is 5 stars. Been using it for 4 years. Unfortunately, your app developer is a disappointment. Im glad to see the app was updated but it is still a failure. The mobile website is better. There are no settings for notifications, account details, or archived messages. I cant write a draft message. Please contact your app development department and look into making an app that matches the quality of the website.

I agree with other reviews. The login process does not work which is sad. I had such high hopes.

As a new user there was some confusion about how to login but once I created an account on their website I was able to login and use the app. Wonderful customer service from their support staff as well!

It works reasonably well, seems pretty stable. the links inside messages don't work though. long clicking on them brings up an alert, so cant copy them either.

Download the app and installed it - only to find that I can't log on via Google account or Facebook. It just ends up crashing and glitching.
