This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CasserolesEnCours on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

An app to automatically report #casserolesencours positions from your pocket.
Allow you to
- See where others are, with time or distance filtering, last filtered record highlight and wolrd/local mode. No registration required.
- Register your app (google account required) to anonymously upload data.
- Automatically upload your position (controllable through the interface)
- View your contribution on a map on your phone

This application is not a battery drainer nor a data plan sucker, I promise. I carefully designed it to be that way.
Also, while it requires it's share of permissions,
[June 27th 2012 Since v0.1, permissions required have went from 12 to 8, I'm asking Alohar guys about the read phone state one]
this app is not designed to record anything, data remains private in your Google account.
