About this app

Taskmeter is an App to track all tasks whether it be Personal or Official. Simply put, it is an advanced "Checklist" or "Checklist++"and it provides the power to be more efficient, productive while interacting with oneself or family member or even a team. There are a number of features as follows:

1. Personal Section

a. Notes : It is like a scribble or jottings for future reference

b. InstaTask : This is to create a Task for oneself or someone in the family e.g. "Take your house keys when you go to college"

c. Add Task : This is a task which needs to be executed by yourself ("My Task") or by other ("Assign Task") within a target date/time.

d. Assign Task : Create a task and assign to another member who gets in his/her Inbox as an "Assigned Task"

e. Accept Task : The person assigned a task can either accept the same or ask questions or reject the same

e. Templates : These are previous checklists used by self or by others which are useful to a first-timer or next-time such as "Checklist - Passport Application" or "Checklist for US trip"

f. Delivery : This features is useful when a Courier wants to contact you and he/she knows only your mobile number. When the delivery request comes with a particular timing, you can accept or reject or suggest alternative timing.

g. Appointment : This is a feature useful to take an appointment for a Doctor or Lawyer or another professional where the person can accept or reject the meeting or suggest alternative timing.

2. Official Section

a. All modules of Personal Section : Same as above

b. Idea Tracking : This feature is very useful for tracking one's bright ideas which is usually difficult to remember unless one immediately jots it down. At the same time, this jotting in the App will be private unlike writing on a piece of paper or a book

c. Vote on Topics : You can efficiently and discreetly seek votes from your team / contact list on any topic where there is divided opinion.

d. Manage Projects : This is a powerful feature for any supervisor who manages a team and there are group tasks he/she need to assign and know the status of tasks either as "work in progress" vs. "Completed". The manager can also send reminders occassionaly.

e. Minutes of Meeting : Another useful and effective feature when Minutes of Meeting can be captured as the meeting is in progress and also all tasks assigned directly before the Minutes of Meeting is send in its full form to all concerned for record purposes.
