Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Commtor RR on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

• Add your Favourite eOffers at your RichReach Shopping Basket to easily find them.
• Opt In to Businesses to easily find them and be notified when new eOffers are available.
• Rich information about every eOffer: Description, Images, Price, Validity Period, where it is available.
• Rich information about every Business: Description, Images, Locations, Contact Details, Social Media.
• Viewing the eOffers is FREE.

Business Loyalty Schemes:
• View your Loyalty Points Statements.
• View the tickets of your purchases.
• Available for Business Loyalty Schemes you have joined.

eOrdering (for authorized corporate users only)
• A sales person can create and place a new order using a selection of different views and a selection of a number of different criteria for the items to be ordered.
• A customer is able to view in real time the order created by the sales person and at the same time modify/confirm the order to the sales person.
• The order appears automatically at the RichReach dashboard portal of the relevant warehouse/store which will proceed to execute the order.

Telephony:
• Call local and international numbers at a discounted price (no internet required).
• Start a Group Call and talk with up to 10 people at the same time (no internet required).
• When travelling, activate RichReach roaming and reduce your roaming calls bill.
• Activate the Default Dialler to call through RichReach even when you call outside the App.
• Configure RichReach to monitor the usage of your free local minutes. When you have available free local minutes, your local calls will be placed through the GSM connection, even if you call from RichReach.
• Synchronize your Quick Numbers to call faster.
• €0 monthly fees. Pay only for your RichReach calls.

Your Contacts:
• Access your device’s Contacts from RichReach.
• Use Magic Search for fast Contacts search.
• Select your Favourite Contacts to easily find them. Backup and Restore available so that you will not lose them
• Blocked Numbers: Don’t you want to receive calls from specific numbers? Add them to your Contacts and block them at RichReach. You won’t be notified when they call you.

Other Features:
• Call Log.
• Your RichReach Call Statement (monthly, weekly, daily etc). The statement updates within 2 minutes after completing a call.

Notes:
• The RichReach Application is currently available only for mobile devices with a Cyprus SIM card.
