Big bug issues no option to unblock a device once u blocked.. Blocked
device nor only visible in the list. spent whole day on dir850 router
setting nothing there even Etisalat technical support failed to fix and
suggest to visit Apple store to fix the etisalat router issue

This app keeps crshing home router whenever it used. It's wast of time and
cost. Since it required filed enhineer to come over to fix problem reulted
from this app. Etislat should delete it from app store and ask the call
center not to recommend it to any customer. It's really surprising how they
allow such low quality app to be published for customers

Cant sign into the app using the passwors on the router. The customer
service represntative reset the password and the username yet im unable to
access it.

Not satisfied to be honest. Needs more work, URL/IP filtering should be
added and plus other more options just like how we get on IP address
browser.
