Very disappointed. Tried for eight months. Even tech support got nowhere. App notifications just stopped. And system went offline. Could only communicate via sms. Very sad. Bought other system.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. HARDWARE WILL BREAK. CONFIRMED BY SUPPLIER LOTS OF ISSUES WITH WI-FI. WILL NOT WORK FOR LONGER THAN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.

I used to have sequal box v1 but it broke. App used to be much better. With the v2, it took me forever to connect it to wifi, the instructions are very unclear. Also, I'm not sure how to configure the zones and set a delay. As I said, I prefer the previous app, is there any way to go back?

It is weeks that the app doesn't work anymore. I tried reinstall it, making
new accounts, access from different devices, nothing! Tried to contact
customer service twice, never replied. Now the system is useless

Worse than useless - a useless app would do nothing. This actively does the wrong thing... have tried it now on 3 Android devices and 1 iOS device - each one worse than the last. It's like a 3-year old designed and built this app, and his 1-year-old sibling wrote the description / instructions inside the app. This app does NOT connect to the Secual Box (once you actually get past the actual logging in fiasco - where it somehow decides that 'passwords do not match' while you're typing in a username and password... with the same password that worked on 3 other devices). Horrible app, which will most likely result in me sending the entire eTiger suite of products I just bought straight back and buying something else instead.
