Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing fishbook on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

Fishbook is a simple way to capture and share your catch. Grab your fishing gear and head out to your favorite fishing spot to cast the line and enjoy the day! Caught a fish? Congratulations! Snap a pic and upload it to Fishbook and add a description of your catch. After that, simply post your photo to Fishbook and share your proud catch with other anglers! It appears in their news feed so they can like it and comment on it.
Use Fishbook to:
* Post photos of the fish you catch.
Post photos of the fish you’ve caught with an added description (i.e. weight, length, location etc.)
* Browse for other catches.
With the feature Near Catches you can set a radius of your choice and discover other catches! There is also a built-in map, so you can set a location of your choice and look for catches all over the world!
* Like and comment
You can like and comment on photos of other anglers that appear in your news feed.
* Check the weather.
Not sure about the weather? - No problem! You can check the weather forecast within the app so you can plan your fishing trip without stress.
* Use the app in 3 different languages.
